Marky Mark and The Funky Bunch
Wow, what a month we've had! We are photographing high school seniors daily and I have to tell you, it is a BLAST! Mark and I have been busy bee's, posing, lighting, singing, laughing, you name it, we are all about getting the best images of our Seniors but also making it fun, fun, fun! Any of you who know Mark, know what a lucky lady I am to have him as my personal assistant. He keeps me laughing... Hope you enjoy a few of my favorite images of him...
Hugs,
Lauri

My heart belongs to Brady
Hello All,
It's been a while since I've caught up here. So much going on, dancing school picture season, Seniors, my children out of school etc. I am working hard to find a slide show software that I can use on this blog. Hopefully that will be done soon. We had a fantastic wedding this past weekend, Maria and Matt. What a beautiful couple with wonderful families. I wish every wedding I photographed could be like theirs. I will start posting some Senior pics here soon. Keep visiting our blog! Lastly, I must mention, my family and office team are greatly saddened by the loss of my beloved Brady boy, my chocolate point Siamese cat. He was the most lovable, wonderful cat. He brought such joy and peacefullness to my life. I am so heartbroken by his loss.

Communion Portrait Time
It's that time of year again! First Holy Communions, Graduations, Weddings etc. Here at our studio we offer a fabulous Communion Portrait Package. I look forward to working with the little brides and grooms as I call them. All of our portraits are retouched and softened to bring to them the painterly look and feel. They are works of art that capture a very special time in your child's life. Although we photograph Communion portraits all year long we do offer our special package for the week of May 5th-10th, 2008. Daytime and evening appointments are available. Call now! We are filling up fast! 781-334-0001Monday, April 21, 2008
The greatest gift I ever had, came from god, I call him Dad...
The Father-Daughter dance was another smashing success! Wow, we really packed the house this year! There looked to be over 500 revelers having the time of their lives as my husband Bob spun the records and charmed the crowds. Bob organized, set up, performed and hosted this stellar event raising for the Lynnfield Recreation Dept. approx. $12000.00 Lets here it for Bob!!! The photography sessions ran off without a hitch with much thanks to the little elves who helped me, especially my daughter Ariel, Jamie Bossi, Mrs Robin Brigham and my office manager Linda Fair. All volunteering for this great fundraiser. Many are not aware of all the time and energy that goes into planning such an event as this. Bob starts his planning and work on this project months in advance. We would like to give a special shout out to Kimberly LaChance, banquet manager at the Sheraton Colonial for all her time and help also, she's the best! We highly recommend the Colonial for all your event planning. Pick Up dates for the photographs are the week of May 12th. We look forward to seeing everyone.
Hugs, Lauri

Happy Easter
Happy Easter everyone! We had a fabulous brunch over at the Sheraton Colonial in Lynnfield and then took some family pictures of the guests courtesy of the Sheraton. They have refurbished their entire lobby and it looks great! Gearing up for this weekends Father Daughter dances. One here in Lynnfield, one in Wakefield. Bob does all the work for these. The Lynnfield Father Daughter dance is his pride and joy. He works on this project months in advance, and asks for nothing in return. Every year it grows and grows and has become a great fundraiser for the Lynnfield Rec. Look forward to seeing many of you there!

Model Practice
Sunday night the models (for Promenade Preview 08) gathered at Chiampa Dance Center for another night of training and choreography. Everyone had a great time, learning, laughing, cheering on old and new friends. A special thank you to Ms. Terri our choreographer for working with the models. Thankyou to Brad of Party Excitement (one of our djs) and Tia Fraulini (our fashion commentator) for coming in to review and work with us during this practice.
Four days and counting until the big event! We are so happy. We have sold out our booths and recieved so many generous give away gifts and ads for our program. I hope to see everyone this sunday at Promenade Preview 08...
Putting on the Ritz
A Model Day
What a great time we had on Sunday! All of the female models of Promenade Preview met bright and early Sunday morning to be whisked off by a fabulous limo (donated by Russos Tux) to Lord & Taylor in Burlington for their fittings for the fashion show being held on March 2nd at Jimmys Allenhurst in Danvers. We arrived at L & T in style and comfort. Once there, Meaghan and her staff were all ready and totally prepared for us. Dresses were allready set aside for the models and off they went to try them on. It truly was an awsome adventure for all of us. The service and care given to the models along with the beauty of the gowns chosen were above and beyond what we could of ever expected! Once you have shopped at Lord & Taylors you do not want to shop anywhere else. Thankyou to all who made this a wonderful morning!

Phil and Marge

Hello All,
As PaPa used to say. This image is a beauty my husband photographed very early one morning last month. These wonderous creatures were passing through our neighbors yard, and so "Phil and Marge" for a name. This is one of the small things that happen that make me love Lynnfield and living here. Everytime I see a deer, I think of it as a sign from my parents, so peaceful, so lovely. A simple sign that they are here and watching over us. Life is good...

Happy Valentines Day!
Isn't she adorable? Missing teeth and all! My youngest child Harlee was so happy to be giving and receiving Valentines today. We made up this valentine for her to distribute to all her friends in kindergarten. I just love this image of her, my little baby. I hope everyone had a love filled day, be it with or without a significant other, as long as you are loved you are lucky. xxooTuesday, February 12, 2008
Kyle and Jessica

These aren't your momma's prom pictures, No sir, things have changed! We had a fashion photo shoot last Friday with two fantabulous high school seniors. Meet Kyle and Jessica our official 2008 models for Pomenade Preview 08. These kids were awesome to work with, they brought it right to the table. I don't think it was possible for them to take a bad picture, what charisma! Special thanks goes out to John of John William & Co. Hair salon of Lynnfield. http://www.johnwilliamcompany.com/ John graciously styled Jessicas hair for the shoot gratis. Not only did he do a beautiful job on Jessica's hair but his salon was incredible to behold! Until tomorrow...Sunday, February 10, 2008
Snowball 08

Hello All,
I just have to post a picture of my beautiful daughter Ariel with her date for the LHS Snowball. We had such a great time dress shopping with Ariels Aunt Tia, myself and her sister Baylee. It was such a girl bonding time, loved it.
Can't help but mention some big news happening with PROMENADE PREVIEW 08! We just hired JAM'N 94.5 to do some radio ads and appear at our event on March 2. Also signed on this week; a party planning company, with a Mechanical Bull! There will be some great prizes given out to the guy and girl who can ride the bull the longest, yeehah!

Promenade Preview 08

Wow, things are happening fast around here. Promenade Preview has taken over! We have been booking some fabulous vendors, including Lord &Taylors, Russos Tux, REM dance supply store, Party Excitement, Mary Kay, Arbonne... I will post more in my next update to the blog. LHS students have been busy bees gathering donations for fabulous gifts to give away at the event! Our hope is to give away prizes every 15 minutes, there will also be chances for all to win grand prizes from each vendor. This promises to be the teen/parent event of the season! The students are working very hard on this to help support their prom committees, for every ticket sold a portion of the proceeds goes directly back to the highschool who sold the ticket. We are encouraging the teens to come with their parents and enjoy the day together. Please visit our blog daily to see what's new with Promenade Preview 08!
